Rachel Rush

Rachel has been an elementary teacher for the past eight years in Los Angeles. She is passionate about social emotional learning and has established a mindfulness program at her elementary school. Rachel received her bachelor's degree in International Studies with a focus in International Education from the University of Oregon. She then obtained her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California State University Long Beach, where she is now working on her master’s degree in School Counseling. Rachel is also a certified mindfulness teacher through Mindful Schools. She has an interest in international education and has taught in Hong Kong and Italy. Rachel enjoys traveling, walking her dog on the beach and spending time with her family.
