Jay has worked in the field of special education for over 20 years. He has been a case manager for 300+ students and has taught in both self-contained classes and inclusion students. Jay is a dedicated student advocate and has written many Individual Education Plans (I.E.P.s). He employs innovative approaches to motivate students and creates incentives for appropriate behavior and remaining on task. He has a master’s in both special education and educational leadership.
